GS 1200/1250 Akrapovic Tailpipe Trim (Pair)

304 stainless steel finishing trims for Akrapovic silencers fitted on 1250 GS (They may also fit other BMW’s with the same engines). I have found that the std tailpipes on the Akros corrode on a daily basis and are very difficult to clean so I came up with the idea of this trim which looks much better and is also much easier to look after.
 
These tips are a press fit in the end of the std Akrapovic silencer but are designed not to fall out (surprise, surprise) so they will require tapping in with a plastic hammer or mallet.
 
The tips will fit both when the "dB killer" baffles are fitted or removed.
 
NOTE -  If your bike or silencer is not listed pls check your tailpipe diameters and let us know on your order or send us an email. Whatever size you have we can supply a trim to fit.
 
Inner tailpipe (baffle) diameter. On R1250 Titanium coloured Akrapovic silencers this is 35mm. On black coloured silencers this can be either 35mm or 37mm.
 
Outer tailpipe diameter. - (usually 45 mm).
 
If yours are not any of the sizes listed pls choose "Other" and specify your size on the order. This needs to be accurate to 0.1mm to get the fit right.
