Multistrada V4 Protek Aux Light Mounts

After extensive design and development work we are pleased to announce the arrival of our latest product, the Protek fixed position auxiliary light mounts for the Ducati Multistrada V4.
 
These mounts position your auxiliary lights inside the bodywork line so give you a more streamlined look than the OEM mounts and make the lights less conspicuous but still with plenty of forward visibility. Using the OEM mounting positions in front of the radiators means no modifications to your bike are required and the lights are nicely positioned inside the bodywork line but outside the sweep of the front forks.
 
Due to their unique design these mounts can be attached in two orientations, which changes the fore/aft light position depending on your preference and light type. Photos shown are of Denali D2 and Puig aux lights mounted on current model MTS V4's.
 
CNC machined from 6086 aluminium and hard anodised in a satin black finish, these mounts are super light and strong. Each pair of mounts is supplied with four stainless steel button head fixing screws and two stainless steel M8 low head capscrews to attach your lights or light brackets to the mounts.
 
 
NOTE
We do not recommend using this Protek mount to fit large driving lamps (anything from a Denali D3 upwards in weight) as the Multistrada bodywork is not stiff enough to prevent unwanted vibration of the lamps.
Although we have tested this mount for many months on our test bikes with no issues, we can accept no liability for any damage, failure or installation issue relating to the fitment of lamps using the Protek mount.
 
We have a new Protek product under development to fit larger driving lamps in this position and a unique design 25mm diameter crash bar mount for anyone with crash bars. These should be available in the next few months.
